Valerie von Rosenvinge

Wellesley High School Author: Valerie von Rosenvinge (1976)

            Valerie is an award-winning playwright and novelist.  Her plays include Laney’s Gift (performed at two theater festivals, and selected for inclusion in Smith and Krauss Best Stage Scenes), The Quarterly (performed at Randolph-Macon College; in Sioux City, Iowa; and as a main stage production by the Wellesley Players; and selected for inclusion in Smith and Krauss Best Stage Monologues), and Empty Page Empty Stage (performed at the Festival Fringe, Edinburgh, Scotland). 

            Her first novel, Beyond the Stones: The Promise of Beitris, was published in 2020.  She is currently working on the sequel.
