            In 2020, Brian’s debut novel Seaview Road was published.  It is a book he describes as being of “family and alienation, of apathy and loyalty, of parent child communication and the agony of missed connections”.  In its review, Book Life wrote that “Fans of magnetic, topical contemporary fiction will be drawn to this immersive study of family and class divisions.”

            Brian is pursuing his MFA at Columbia University and is working on a second novel and a collection of short stories.  After graduating from Georgetown he worked in strategy consulting before remembering “how much I liked to write.”  BrianMcMahonWrites.com.
