Everyone is welcome to join! Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. This type of yoga helps you quiet the mind, as you let go and allow stillness to come. This class is inclusive of all ages, levels and abilities. Students  need to bring a blanket, water and eye cover.

Manuela is a certified yoga teacher with a deep passion for people and healing. Over her many years of practicing and teaching yoga, Manuela has developed a unique approach that combines ancient traditions with modern insights tailored to the needs and goals of each student. Restorative yoga holds a special place in Manuela’s heart, as it allows her students to find deep relaxation and healing on both a physical and emotional level. By creating a space for her students to slow down, tune into their bodies, and release tension, restorative yoga becomes a powerful tool for self-care and transformation. Through her gentle guidance and intuitive teaching style, Manuela helps her students tap into their own healing potential and find peace and balance within.

In addition to her yoga practice, Manuela brings a compassionate and intuitive presence to her work, informed by her lifelong interest in psychology, spirituality, and social justice. She sees yoga as a tool for personal growth and a way to connect with others and the world around us.
