Borrowing for Libraries in Massachusetts

The Wellesley Free Library is the public library of the Town of Wellesley, MA and is the contracting interlibrary loan center with the Massachusetts Library System to provide interlibrary loan service for certain libraries in Massachusetts.

Libraries assigned to the Wellesley Free Library Interlibrary Loan Department will find policies, procedures and the appropriate forms here to request items and inform the department of receipt and return.

All libraries in Massachusetts should use the Boston Public Library's ILLiad system to request articles from journals or magazines.  That system is to be found at:  http://illiad.bpl.org/.  A login ID and password are required.  Further information may be obtained from Susan Applegrate at the Boston Public Library Interlibrary Loan Department.
